Jingzhou hold commencement event for Q4 major projects with total investment of 25.24 billion yuan

On the morning of November 5, the Commencement Event for 2021 Hubei Major Projects took place. Jingzhou’ s branch venue was set in Hualu-Hengsheng New Energy New Material Project site, Jiangling County, where the commencement event of Jingzhou’s project was held.    

Zhou Zhihong, Vice Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government announced the ground-breaking of the projects.

Liu Huiwen, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government noted that, the kick-off of major projects will inject new vitality for the accelerating building of regional center city. Especially the success kick-off of Hualu-Hengsheng New Energy New Material Project, is of great significance for the building of Jingzhou(Jiangling) New Energy &New Material Industry Base. All departments at all levels should actively dock with enterprises, serve the enterprises wholeheartedly, to address the difficulties and problems arising in project construction, go all out to speed up the construction, to ensure that the project is completed, goes into production and makes profits as early as possible.

In the fourth quarter, 55 projects with investment over 50 million yuan was kicked off. Totaling an investment of 25.24 billion yuan, it covers areas of advanced manufacturing, modern service industry and infrastructure, social and people's livelihood. Among them, there are 40 advanced manufacturing projects with a total investment of 18.73 billion yuan.
